Te amo, she says to me

~ Rihanna - Te Amo ~

Te Amo is a new demo Rihanna has recently recorded. The track has a definite Spanish influence, and I think Rihanna actually sounds alright singing this style. As for the track, I think it’s alright, nothing too exciting.

No, “te amo” is most definitely spanish.

I love you in Italian is “Ti amo” with an “i”…. the title is in spanish.

“te amo” is definitely in spanish. It comes from the verb amar (to love), where “te” is the indirect object. How’s that for a spanish grammar lesson.

Hi June 27th, 2009 at 1:37 pm

^^actually, it might me a direct object.. whatever.

Definitely Spanish.

in italian when you use “te” instead of “ti” it gives emphasis.

so “te amo” in italian would mean something like “you are the one i love/i love only you” opposed to “ti amo” which just means “i love you”

i’m not saying the song isn’t in spanish… just that te amo is also italian.
