In The Mix #2

Hey guys. Here’s the second installment of “In The Mix”. Hope you like it!
1. Black Eyed Peas - Pump It [Travis Barker Remix]
Travis Barker is a beast when it comes to remixing rap and pop songs, and this is no different. Pump It is given the perfect rock tinge in this mix. Get ready to see some Black Eyed Peas in the near future; they’re currently prepping their next album The E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies).
2. Passion - Lemonade
Passion is a 21-year-oldĀ singer/songwriter hailing from San Fransisco, California. Not to mention he’s Filipino (represent! haha). Give him a guitar, and the guy can make great music. Check out one of his more popular songs, Lemonade, above. A perfect track to sing to your lady friends, fellas. Listen to more of his music on his YouTube page here.
3. The Killers - Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine
The Killers are currently preparing their third album Day and Age, and I had commented before that I wish they returned to the sound of their debut. Hot Fuss was an awesome album - I can, to this day, play through the whole album without skipping a single track. You can take a listen to one of my favorites, Jenny, above.
4. Danity Kane - Right Now
I feel sorry for these girls. They’re so talented, yet their career isn’t being handled the right way AT ALL. Their debut album had a chockful of radio-ready singles, but their promo just wasn’t up to par. This track is a slowjam produced by Timbaland, and it’s the absolute best track from their debut album, in my opinion. I love the drums!
