“Just Stand Up” Live @ Fashion Rocks

Here it is, the performance everyone has been looking forward to. An all-star cast of today’s top female artists came together to sing the cancer tribute song Just Stand Up. A few personal notes of mine:

Beyonce, what’s with the wig?
Since when was Nicole Scherzinger in the song?
Natasha Bedingfield - I guess she didn’t get the memo? LOL.
Rihanna sounded nice… Miley definitely did not.
Mariah’s doing better with the vocals.
Seemed pointless to have Ciara there.
Props to Mary J., Leona Lewis, and Carrie Underwood as well.

i was thinking the eaxact same thing. they shouldv’e just let ciara sing sheryl crow’s par since she wasn’t there. why did natasha beddingfield wear white pants when no one else did, but i kinda enjoyed miley. i think her and rihanna were great together.

I thought the same thing about Beyonce… but then I heard she was doing a movie where she plays Etta James. Maybe that’s why???

i completely agree with EVERYTHING u said
to make things clear, beyonce did hav the wig because she’s playing etta james, and no offense, but i dont think miley cyrus is at the calibur of all of the other artists in this song

why are we all bitching about who was there?
it’s for a good cause; so who was wearing a wig, who sung and who didn’t, who sounded good and who didn’t.
i reckon it was a good performance for a good cause.
but that’s just m opinion.
